Ingredients
- 2 packs of frozen acai puree (100g each)
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of coconut water or almond milk
- Toppings: sliced banana, shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds, sliced strawberries, honey
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 packs of frozen acai puree, 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks, 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 1 ripe banana, and 1/2 cup of coconut water or almond milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour the acai mixture into bowls.
- Top with sliced banana, shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds, sliced strawberries, and a drizzle of honey.
