  • 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce to make the spicy peanut sauce. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
