Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place the tiger steaks in a shallow dish and pour the spicy marinade over them, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
