Ingredients
- 4 tiger steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the tiger steaks in a shallow dish and pour the spicy marinade over them, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
- Transfer the grilled steaks to a cutting board and let them rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
