- 1 cup of snap peas
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger

- Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and pour the remaining marinade over the tofu and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the teriyaki sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
- Serve the teriyaki tofu stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
Teriyaki Tofu Stir-Fry has a rich history rooted in Japanese and Chinese culinary traditions. This dish originated as a way to incorporate tofu, a staple in Asian cuisine, into a flavorful and satisfying meal. The dish gained popularity in the West as a healthy and delicious vegetarian option. Renowned chefs like Nobu Matsuhisa have elevated the dish by infusing it with their own unique flavors and techniques. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in authentic Japanese and Chinese restaurants, where chefs skillfully balance the sweet and savory flavors of teriyaki sauce with the delicate texture of tofu and crisp stir-fried vegetables. The key to a perfect Teriyaki Tofu Stir-Fry lies in achieving the ideal balance of flavors and textures, with the tofu absorbing the rich teriyaki sauce while maintaining its tender interior and crispy exterior.
