Ingredients
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1/2 cup of marinated olives
- 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup of artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of mixed nuts
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the crusty bread and brush each slice with olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
