Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheese over the sauce.
- Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place the Stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top with olive oil and make a few small slits in the top to vent steam.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
