Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
  • Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheese over the sauce.
  • Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  • Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough, pinching the edges to seal.
  • Place the Stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
