Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x15 inch rectangle.
  • Layer the pepperoni, salami, and ham on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheese over the meat.
  • Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the stromboli, pinching the edges to seal.
  • Place the stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Brush the mixture over the top of the stromboli.
  • Using a sharp knife, make 3 or 4 small slits in the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape during baking.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
