Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced salami
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x15 inch rectangle.
- Layer the pepperoni, salami, and ham on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheese over the meat.
- Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the stromboli, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place the stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Brush the mixture over the top of the stromboli.
- Using a sharp knife, make 3 or 4 small slits in the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape during baking.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
