  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 package of pre-made pizza dough or homemade dough

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 small chopped onion and 3 cloves of minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • Add 1 pound of chopped fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked spinach and onion mixture with 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon of sumac, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix well.
