Ingredients
- 1 pound of linguine
- 2 pounds of mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 can (28 ounces) of crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the pot, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes and white wine, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Stir in the shrimp and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Add the cooked linguine to the pot and toss to coat the pasta in the spicy tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the dish and give it a final stir.
