The Spicy Shrimp Cocktail Martini with a splash of tequila is a modern twist on the classic shrimp cocktail. This dish has its roots in the coastal regions of Mexico, where fresh seafood and bold flavors are celebrated. Renowned chef, Carlos Santana, of the famous Mariscos del Mar restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, is credited with creating this innovative recipe. The dish features succulent shrimp marinated in a zesty cocktail sauce with a kick of spice, served in a martini glass with a splash of premium tequila for an extra layer of flavor. The best version of this dish can be found at Mariscos del Mar, where the freshest seafood and authentic Mexican flavors come together to create a truly unforgettable dining experience.
