Ingredients
- 8 cups of chicken broth

- 8 ounces of ramen noodles
- 1 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup of sliced green onions
- 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
- 4 boiled eggs, halved
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 8 cups of chicken broth to a boil.
- Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder to the boiling broth. Stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the broth simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- While the broth is simmering, cook 8 ounces of ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Once the broth is ready, add 1 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms, 1 cup of sliced green onions, and 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken to the pot. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles among 4 serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth and chicken mixture over the noodles.
- Garnish each bowl with a halved boiled egg and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
