  • Spread the chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
