Italian

Spicy Marinara Linguine is a classic Italian pasta dish that originated in the coastal regions of Italy. This flavorful and zesty dish features al dente linguine pasta smothered in a rich and spicy marinara sauce. The history of this dish can be traced back to the skilled chefs of Southern Italy, who combined the freshest tomatoes, garlic, and a hint of red pepper flakes to create the perfect balance of heat and tanginess. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in authentic Italian trattorias and family-owned restaurants, where chefs take pride in using traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients. To make the perfect Spicy Marinara Linguine, it's essential to use ripe, juicy tomatoes and to let the sauce simmer to perfection. This dish is a favorite among pasta lovers and is often enjoyed with a glass of robust red wine.
