Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same bowl used for the shrimp, combine the diced mangoes, finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeno pepper, chopped cilantro, juice of 2 limes, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix well to combine.
  • Serve the cooked shrimp with the spicy mango salsa on top, and enjoy!
