  • In another shallow dish, mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg to create a batter.
  • Roll each hot dog in the flour mixture, then dip it into the milk and egg batter, and finally coat it with the spicy jalapeno potato chip and cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
