  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of diced onion, diced jalapeno peppers, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is browned.
