Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
