  • 24 round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 lb of ground chicken, 1/2 cup of finely chopped green onions, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and 1/2 tsp of ground ginger.
  • Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the dumplings in the skillet in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  • Carefully add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and immediately cover with a lid. Steam the dumplings for about 5 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and the wrappers are translucent.
  • Remove the lid and continue to cook until the water has evaporated and the bottoms of the dumplings are crispy.
  • Serve the spicy chicken dumplings hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
