Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken skin, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb of chicken skin pieces, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Toss to coat the chicken skin evenly with the spices.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 375°F (190°C).
