Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss 1 pound of large shrimp with 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme over the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the shrimp in the skillet to coat them evenly with the spices and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley over the shrimp.
