Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the cod fillets with 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place the fillets in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice. Pour the mixture over the seasoned cod fillets.
