Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
  • Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the marinade, making sure it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
