  • 1 cup corn kernels

  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well to combine.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them, spreading it out in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top each with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  • If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps on all sides until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy!
