Ingredients
- 4 beef hot dogs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup of pinto beans, cooked and mashed
- 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of mustard
- 1/4 cup of jalapeno salsa
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Grill the bacon-wrapped hot dogs, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the hot dogs are grilling, toast the hot dog buns on the grill until lightly browned.
