Ingredients
- 4 croissants
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread 2 oz of cream cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Add a few slices of red onion and a sprinkle of capers on top of the salmon.
