  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup capers

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Spread 2 oz of cream cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  • Add a few slices of red onion and a sprinkle of capers on top of the salmon.
  • Place the croissants in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the croissants are warm and the cream cheese is slightly melted.
  • Remove the croissants from the oven and garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh dill.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
