Ingredients
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- 6 pieces of smoked mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place the slices of prosciutto on a flat surface.
- Place a piece of smoked mozzarella at one end of each slice of prosciutto.
- Roll the prosciutto around the mozzarella, making sure it is completely covered.
- Place the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the olive oil over the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella.
- Sprinkle the dried oregano and black pepper over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
