  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Sichuan peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons black vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 pound of ground pork, 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

  • To make the sauce, mix together the strained chili oil, 2 tablespoons of black vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a small bowl.
  • Place the cooked wontons on a serving plate, drizzle with the spicy sauce, and garnish with 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
