Ingredients
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 16 cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 ripe mango, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut sauce
- Warm water for soaking rice paper wrappers
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients and have them ready for assembly.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for a few seconds to soften.
- Place the softened rice paper wrapper onto a clean, damp kitchen towel.
