Shrimp Lettuce Wraps with a spicy Sriracha mayo sauce have a rich history rooted in Asian cuisine. This dish originated in Southeast Asia, where fresh, succulent shrimp are wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves and drizzled with a zesty Sriracha mayo sauce. Renowned chefs like Ming Tsai and Jean-Georges Vongerichten have popularized this dish in their restaurants, infusing it with their unique culinary flair. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in upscale Asian fusion eateries, where the balance of flavors is crucial. The key to perfecting this dish lies in the freshness of the shrimp and the boldness of the Sriracha mayo sauce.
