  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Add the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the shrimp to the other side. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and assemble the lettuce wraps by placing a spoonful of the shrimp and vegetable mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
