- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine 1 pound of shrimp, 1/4 cup of water chestnuts, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 2 green onions, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
- Place a small spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and shrimp mixture.
