  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
