Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  • Place the tempeh cubes in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes, turning the tempeh occasionally to ensure even coating.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tempeh cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
