  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Return the seared scallops to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
