- 4 salmon fillets, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups mixed salad greens

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
