Ingredients
- 4 samosas
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup mint chutney
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the samosas in the oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and coriander leaves.
- Add chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt to the chickpea mixture. Mix well.
