Ingredients
- 2 oz smoky mezcal
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave nectar
- Club soda
- Grapefruit wedge, for garnish
- Coarse salt, for rimming the glass
Instructions
- Rim a highball glass with coarse salt by running a grapefruit wedge around the rim and dipping it into the salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz smoky mezcal, 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz agave nectar. Add ice and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
- Top off with club soda and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and serve immediately.
