Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place the chicken cubes in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
