Rosemary and olive oil biscuits have a rich history rooted in Mediterranean cuisine. The combination of fragrant rosemary and robust olive oil creates a unique and savory flavor profile that has been enjoyed for centuries. Renowned chefs in Italy and Greece have long incorporated these ingredients into their traditional biscuit recipes, adding a touch of sophistication to a beloved classic. Today, the best versions of these biscuits can be found in artisanal bakeries and upscale restaurants that prioritize quality ingredients. To achieve the perfect balance of flavors, it's crucial to use fresh rosemary and high-quality olive oil. Alternatively, some chefs infuse the olive oil with rosemary for an extra layer of depth.
