Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups of cooked turkey, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled 8 slices of bacon, 2 cups of cooked diced turkey, 2 ripe diced avocados, 1/2 cup of halved cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion, and 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
