Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cooked quinoa, 1/2 cup grated zucchini, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined and form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
