Ingredients
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of kelp powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and 1 tablespoon of kelp powder.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg to the blender.
- Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the shake into a glass and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon and nutmeg on top for garnish.
