Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced potatoes, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the potato mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
