  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Cooked rice, for serving

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the sliced pork with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and snap peas to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Return the cooked pork to the skillet. Pour in the chicken broth and remaining tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and the pork is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with sliced green onions and serve the pork stir fry over cooked rice. Enjoy!
