  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork liver with 1 tbsp soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • Add the marinated pork liver and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  • In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked pork liver to the wok and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and the remaining 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions and remove from heat.
  • Serve the pork liver stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
