Ingredients
- 1 lb pork liver, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork liver with 1 tbsp soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the marinated pork liver and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
