Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce, then top with pepperoni, olives, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano, and basil over the toppings.
- Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log, pinching the seam to seal.
- Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
