Ingredients
- 2 pitaya packs (frozen or fresh)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of granola
- 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Instructions
- If using frozen pitaya packs, allow them to thaw for a few minutes.
- In a blender, combine 2 pitaya packs, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries, and 1/2 cup of almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the pitaya smoothie into two bowls.
- Top each bowl with 1/4 cup of granola, 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
