Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 1/2 cup of pesto sauce
- 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the flatbread crust.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the pesto sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the flatbread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
