Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the flatbread crust.
  • Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the pesto sauce.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the cheese.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the flatbread.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the top.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
