Persian Kuku, a traditional Iranian dish, is a flavorful and aromatic egg-based dish that has been enjoyed for centuries. This savory and herbaceous dish is made with a variety of fresh herbs such as parsley, cilantro, and dill, mixed with eggs and spices. The mixture is then pan-fried to create a delicious and satisfying meal. Chefs in regions like Tehran and Isfahan have perfected the art of making Kuku, infusing their own unique flavors and techniques. Today, the best version of this dish can be found in authentic Persian restaurants that use high-quality, fresh herbs and eggs. The key to a perfect Kuku lies in the balance of herbs and the right amount of seasoning. While the traditional method involves pan-frying, some chefs also bake the Kuku for a slightly different texture. Whether enjoyed as a main dish or a side, Persian Kuku is a must-try for anyone looking to experience the rich flavors of Iranian cuisine.
