  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the garlic butter mixture, then layer the sliced pepperoni on top.
  • Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pizza dough into a log.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza rolls.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
